Individualized Sessions
*PLEASE NOTE: I AM ONLY ACCEPTING REMOTE CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. EMAIL INQUIRIES.* The energetic modalities and techniques practiced at Family Integrative Health vary by case by case, and strategies are utilized depending on the individual needs of the client. Naturally, one-on-one discussion time and action steps are a part of the session as well. Personalized nutrition recommendations may be offered, as needed and requested, to rapidly facilitate the ultimate healing journey. I have found that healing happens much, MUCH faster when we upgrade our brains and bodies, so nutritional support is almost always a part of the healing journey. Sessions are typically 1 hour to 1.5 hours, but could be as long as 2 hours for new clients or special circumstances. Please be sure to stay hydrated before and after sessions. Plan on having time to integrate and reflect immediately after a session, avoiding harsh environments as much as possible. *Distance/remote healing is available and just as powerful.
